Orders and shipping

What are the shipping times?

Shipments within Italy usually arrive within 2-4 working days after order confirmation. International shipping can take 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow your delivery in real time from your account in the "My orders" section.

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. We often run promotions with free shipping above a certain threshold.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, write immediately to info@dragonstoreitalia.com with your order number. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Payments and security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Is my payment data safe?

Absolutely. We never store your card data on our servers: every transaction is handled by PCI-DSS certified providers.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be intact and in its original packaging. Visit the Returns page to start the process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and verify your return, the refund is processed within 5-7 working days on the same payment method used for the order.

Account and support

Do I need an account to buy?

It's not required, but creating an account lets you save addresses, track orders, access member-only deals and get faster support.
