How to request a return or exchange

Four simple steps to return or exchange your product.

1. Log into your account

Open the "My orders" section and select the order you want to return or exchange.

2. Request it

Click "Request return", pick the product and reason. You'll get an email with instructions.

3. Ship the parcel

Repack the product in its original packaging and send it back following the instructions.

4. Get your refund or new item

Once verified, we process the refund or ship the replacement in case of an exchange.

Return and exchange conditions

  • The product must be intact, unused and in the condition you received it.
  • Original packaging must be present and undamaged, with all accessories and manuals.
  • Seals, labels or protections must not be removed.
  • The request must be submitted within 14 days from delivery.
  • Some personalized or hygienic products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Refunds are credited to the same method used for the purchase.
